If you’re looking to put them uncovered in the oven to cook in full, the expected bake time for russet potatoes is about 50 minutes to an hour at 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Turn over the potatoes halfway through the bake time; russet potatoes will cook evenly that way. Smaller potatoes may take less time, while larger potatoes may take closer to an hour or longer.
