The best way to get fall-off-the-bone tender pork ribs is to slow-cook the ribs at a low temperature for between 2½ and 4 hours. We suggest setting your oven to 275 to bake your ribs. Before you add dry-rub or your favorite BBQ sauce, you’ll want to remove the membrane from the meat; it will look like a thin skin covering the set of ribs. Then, add your seasoning of choice and put the ribs in a baking dish. Cover them with aluminum foil and bake the ribs until they’re tender.
