The bake time for boneless pork chops depends on whether you choose to sear your chops on the stove before baking them. If you don’t sear your pork chops beforehand, you should bake them for 22 minutes at 375 degrees. But if you sear the chops in a skillet for 4 minutes on each side, you’ll get a more flavorful exterior and be able to shave a few minutes off the baking time: They’ll only need to spend 12 minutes in the oven. With either method, you’ll know when your pork chops are done when their internal temperature reaches at least 145 degrees.
