The bake time for Italian sausage will depend on the temperature of your oven.
- 350 degrees: 30 to 35 minutes
- 375 degrees: 25 to 30 minutes
- 400 degrees: 20 to 25 minutes
- 425 degrees: 15 to 20 minutes
No matter which oven temperature you choose, you’ll be able to tell that your sausages are done when they’re nicely browned, the juices run clear, and the inside is no longer pink. If you want to take their temperature with a meat thermometer, they’ll be done when the insides reach 160 degrees.
